The flagpole also has a second strap inside that is attached to the top pull, helping to fully retract the pole, overcoming the friction in the RolyPulley webbing system. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen the flagpole is retracted it is manageable with one strong individual or any 2 people, to pull the pole from the mount and have a place to remove the flag and rest it when not in use or needing to transport.
