rollercam-strap-assembly-builder
Rollercam Strap Assembly Builder | Configurator Preview

Build a Rollercam strap setup using existing supplier catalog options. Explore ¾-inch, 1-inch and 1¼-inch webbing, polypropylene and polyester, and Straight, Loop, Hook and Carabiner connections where listed for the selected width and material.

Choose a stock color, nominal length and pack size. Rotate the configurable ¾-inch, 1-inch or 1¼-inch 3D assembly, inspect the buckle and stitching, or view official supplier photography. Review a connection diagram, supplier SKU, dated list price, availability and specifications. Add different assemblies to a build plan, share the configuration, download its details or print the selected specification.

The ¾-inch and 1-inch buckles are modeled from their supplied STEP CAD; the 1¼-inch visualization expands the transverse span by 6.35 mm while retaining the roller diameter and spring geometry. Stock material and color selections update separately, and the coiled webbing updates with the selected nominal length. The hook and carabiner have been reconstructed from official Rollercam product photographs, including the coated steel hook, spring latch, black aluminum carabiner, separate gate and pivot. Their scale is calibrated to the visible 1-inch webbing; exact hardware dimensions, webbing thickness and stitching remain subject to supplier confirmation. The compact buckle uses its own recovered source geometry, including natural and Stealth Black appearances.

Start with a hook pair, carabiner pair or mixed setup, then edit each strap independently. Pair pricing selects matching catalog packs and explicitly counts spare assemblies when multipacks are required. Saved build sheets include both selected straps and their supplier pack options. Compact sewn returns keep the hardware eyes close to their attachment bars. The visualization follows the supplier photos with three separated orange zigzag bars, approximately ⅛ inch wide. The sewn flaps face underneath the main webbing, and cut ends retain sealed 45-degree trims. The webbing folds at the center of the roll, and both halves wind together in interleaved layers. Both ends emerge from the outside toward the buckle. Paired rolls sit next to each other on a common axis, with the hardware spread neatly beyond the coils.

The preview contains 209 supplier variants across ten strap products, checked September 12, 2026. Finished-assembly ratings and individual buckle ratings are documented separately. Assembly-specific ratings and manufacturing details that could not be confirmed are marked for supplier review.

This is an EXOLOX configurator concept based on published Rollercam products. It is not available to purchase through EXOLOX. Supplier links open the exact listed variant at Rollercam; confirm current prices, availability and suitability there.
