CONVENTIONAL CONSTRUCTION
Permanently Sewn

Cut by hand → Fold → Sew
The seam fixes the hardware in place. Changing a fitting or replacing the webbing means removing and replacing the stitching.
Build a CAM strap ↗STRAPWORKS WEBBING + TIE-DOWN HARDWARE
CAM adjustment with independent sewn, LASERWEB bolted or loose connections.
Sewn vs. LASERWEB ↓
Utility Polyester
SAME WEBBING. TWO WAYS TO BUILD.
LASERWEB is defined by how the connection is made: laser-cut webbing, bolted around the hardware. The webbing color and material are still yours to choose.

Laser-cut → Fold → Bolt
Unbolt the connection to swap compatible hardware or replace the webbing. Reassemble with WebWashers—without sewing. A recessed head keeps one face clean.
Build a straight strap ↗More possibilities for Strapworks. Offer the same webbing and compatible hardware as a permanently sewn strap or a LASERWEB assembly customers can reconfigure and mend.
Explore WebWashers ↗Matched views: 1″ black webbing with the same stainless flat hook. The construction changes; the hardware stays the same.

Choose Sewn, LASERWEB bolted or Loose at each end and buckle attachment. Loose folds have no stitching or fasteners. LASERWEB wraps laser-cut webbing around the hardware and secures the fold with WebWashers and a bolt, leaving one face clean. CAM and Ratchet lengths measure buckle-to-end reach on each side; the adjustment tail is shown separately. Straight uses one continuous length.
Hardware is labeled for the Strapworks item being configured. The viewer uses existing CAD as a visual proxy; exact dimensions, fit and scale are pending verification. The proxy does not establish a finished-assembly load rating. This is a configuration preview; ordering is not yet open.
