Base house and plumbing kit: strut frame, brackets and hardware, formed aluminum base baffles and ridge gutter, precut twinwall panels (unless sourced locally), glazed entrance door and base hose fittings. Selected shelf trays include mounting hardware.
Without-panel kits cost $1,000 less and include DXF/PDF measuring and cutting templates for locally sourced 8 mm twinwall, including manual jigsaw cutting. Foundation, installation, water supply and circulation equipment are separate. Countertops, plants, furniture, computers, solar equipment and lighting shown in the scenes are visualizations and are not included.
Checkout uses free Eugene pickup by appointment. If shipping is needed, we confirm the destination and delivery details separately. LTL pallet freight is estimated at roughly $1,000; the actual destination-specific quote is invoiced separately and paid before shipment. Choose DIY or arrange professional installation separately.
