Product lead time and carrier transit are different parts of the delivery schedule. We communicate both, choose packaging that protects the order, and avoid hidden mandatory fulfillment charges.
Appropriate packaging
Cartons, protective materials, crates, pallets, and consolidation are selected around the supplied products and route.
Approved cost
Parcel charges appear at checkout. Project or freight charges appear on the proposal and secure checkout before payment.
Useful communication
Production status, readiness, tracking, pickup instructions, and material schedule changes are communicated as they apply.

01 Standard stock + parcel A payable shipping option appears during checkout.
Stock products that fit a standard parcel service display an available shipping method and charge during checkout.
- The approved checkout amount is the maximum shipping charge unless the destination, order, or requested service changes.
- We may use an equivalent carrier service when it provides comparable or better delivery performance without increasing your approved charge.
- Tracking is sent when the carrier accepts or scans the shipment.
02 Made-to-order products Production occurs before the carrier transit period begins.
Made-to-order products enter production after payment, required customer information, and any applicable configuration approval are complete.
- The product page, order confirmation, or written quotation identifies the expected production lead time.
- Shipping shown at checkout covers transportation after production and does not shorten the production lead time.
- Items that finish at different times may be held for safe consolidation unless partial shipment is approved and paid.
03 Custom + project orders The complete fulfillment proposal is approved before payment.
Custom configurations, bid packages, consolidated project quantities, and orders requiring engineered packaging may need review before a final shipping charge can be established.
The request is identified as a project or fulfillment quote. It is not presented as free shipping. The final secure checkout identifies products, packaging or shipment method, charges, schedule, optional expedite services, and payment terms before authorization.
04 Consolidated orders Multiple lines may share a carton, crate, pallet, or shipment.
When safe and practical, multiple products may be combined to reduce packaging, handling, and carrier cost. The final package may differ from individual packaging shown online.
If consolidation materially changes a previously approved charge or schedule, we communicate the change and obtain approval before collecting an additional amount.
05 Oversized + freight Destination access and carrier requirements are reviewed first.
Oversized, palletized, crated, and freight-required products do not use ordinary parcel rates.
- We review destination, access, appointment, liftgate, declared value, packaging, and schedule requirements.
- Customers must identify residential, limited-access, commercial, appointment, and liftgate needs.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may require revised authorization before shipment.
06 Local pickup + delivery Available only when offered at checkout or confirmed in writing.
Pickup or local delivery may be offered when shown at checkout or included in a project proposal. An order is not available until a ready notice and instructions have been issued.
07 International shipments Availability depends on the destination and product.
Unless a quotation expressly states otherwise, the customer is responsible for import duties, customs charges, brokerage, taxes, permits, and destination-country requirements.
Known transportation charges are identified before payment. Government or destination charges assessed outside the transaction may be collected separately by the applicable authority or carrier.

The approved proposal becomes a secure Shopify checkout and then an ordinary trackable order.
We do not add an undisclosed required shipping, handling, logistics, or expedition charge after payment is complete.
Production speed and travel speed are separate.
Paying for a faster carrier does not automatically change the manufacturing or preparation schedule.

Subject to manufacturing capacity, material availability, configuration approval, and a confirmed written price.

Applies after the order is ready and remains subject to carrier availability, route, schedule, and confirmed price.
Before your order moves.
Does a project request mean shipping is free?
No. It means the order requires a fulfillment review before a reliable charge can be established. The approved charge appears on the final proposal and secure checkout before payment.
Can EXOLOX change the carrier after checkout?
We may choose an equivalent service when it provides comparable or better delivery performance and does not increase the approved charge. A requested service change may require new approval.
Can several products ship together?
Yes. We may consolidate products when it is safe and practical. This can reduce packaging, handling, and carrier cost while providing one coordinated shipment.
What can change the delivery estimate?
Customer or design approvals, material availability, order changes, carrier capacity, weather, delivery access, and other conditions outside reasonable control can affect estimates. Guaranteed dates apply only when accepted in writing.
What if the address or order changes?
Changes after approval may require different packaging, pricing, production scheduling, or carrier arrangements. We communicate material effects and obtain approval before collecting an additional amount.
Who pays international duties and taxes?
Unless the quotation states otherwise, the customer is responsible for import duties, customs charges, brokerage, taxes, permits, and destination-country requirements.
