EXO LIVE ENVIRONMENTS

Make the brand the place to be.

Environmental branding, trade shows, launches, pop-ups, and hosted events planned as one connected experience - then designed, built, installed, operated, captured, and ready to use again.

University of Oregon Cryo Chamber physical brand experience

A PHYSICAL MARKETING BUSINESS LINE

One idea, carried all the way into the room.

EXO Live Environments closes the gap between a campaign concept and the physical experience guests actually encounter. We organize the audience objective, site, guest journey, branded structures, graphics, fabrication, suppliers, schedule, installation, operations, and content plan as one governed project.

The result can be a single installation, a complete event, or a reusable system that travels from launch to trade show to retail activation without rebuilding the idea from zero.

ENGAGEMENT MODELS

A build, an event, or a recurring program.

The scope can begin with one physical moment and expand only where it creates value. Each engagement can stand alone or connect to a recurring campaign program.

01 / PLACE

Environmental branding

Branded interiors, exterior moments, wayfinding, photo moments, signage, graphics, and fixtures that make a campaign tangible.

02 / SHOW

Trade shows + roadshows

Modular exhibits, demos, displays, storage, packing logic, installation instructions, and refresh plans designed for repeated use.

03 / LAUNCH

Launches + pop-ups

Focused brand moments that give a product, partnership, or campaign a physical center of gravity.

04 / GATHER

Hosted events + tailgates

Guest flow, sponsor presence, hospitality, vendors, programming, signage, staffing, run-of-show, and load-out coordinated as one live system.

05 / CAPTURE

Content-ready installations

Camera position, lighting, sightlines, interaction, and branded details considered before fabrication so the experience also works in media.

06 / REPEAT

Reusable campaign systems

Durable structures, swappable graphics, pack plans, service records, storage, and seasonal updates that turn one build into a program.

CONCEPT TO EXECUTION

A real operating plan, not just a rendering.

The creative idea stays connected to the practical work required to open on time, host well, make useful media, and leave the site clean.

01 / ALIGN

Brief + business goal

Define the audience, desired action, success measure, budget range, date, site, and non-negotiables.

02 / MAP

Guest journey + site plan

Plan arrival, visibility, participation, dwell time, hospitality, circulation, sponsor touchpoints, and departure.

03 / DEFINE

Design + engineering

Resolve the visual system, dimensions, materials, structures, graphics, interfaces, drawings, and approvals.

04 / MAKE

Source + build

Coordinate qualified fabricators, print, sewn goods, finishes, rentals, vendors, inspections, and production proof.

05 / PROVE

Stage + rehearse

Confirm fit, packing, install sequence, power, staffing, run-of-show, handoffs, contingencies, and owner approvals.

06 / LIVE

Install + operate

Manage load-in, setup, site coordination, guest-facing execution, vendor communication, resets, and load-out.

07 / RELEASE

Capture + redeploy

Organize approved media, observations, performance measures, service notes, storage, refresh, and the next release.

FLAGSHIP EVENT MODEL / IN DEVELOPMENT

The Makers Tailgate turns a parking lot into a live brand platform.

The Makers Tailgate is being developed as a repeatable, high-energy event format around major games: visible from the road, fun before kickoff, active during the game, and useful to sponsors long after the day ends through captured content.

The operating model combines local makers, vehicles, games, food and beverage, music, product demonstrations, sponsor hospitality, guest participation, and a clear visual identity. When the site, permits, staffing, and sponsor plan support it, the proposed format is designed to scale toward 500 or more guest interactions per hour.

OPERATING CAPABILITIES

The party is the visible part. The system makes it work.

EXO owns the connected plan and brings the right production partners, vendors, specialists, and approvals into each release.

01 / STRATEGY

Experience + sponsor plan

Audience promise, format, sponsor roles, visibility, participation, hospitality, programming, and measurement.

02 / SITE

Guest flow + site operations

Arrival, circulation, accessibility, service zones, utilities, signage, staffing, weather plan, and venue handoffs.

03 / PRODUCTION

Build + procurement

Structures, graphics, fixtures, games, webbing, metalwork, sewn goods, finishes, rentals, packing, and transport.

04 / SHOW

Programming + run-of-show

Vendor timing, host cues, demonstrations, music, content windows, resets, sponsor moments, and game-time continuity.

05 / MEDIA

Photo + video system

Shot list, capture positions, approvals, real-time selects, sponsor deliverables, and a reusable post-event library.

06 / PROGRAM

Refresh + recurring management

Storage, condition checks, graphic swaps, repairs, seasonal updates, next-site adaptation, and continuous program records.

START WITH THE OCCASION

What should people see, feel, do, and remember?

Bring the audience, site, timing, budget range, desired guest action, existing brand assets, and the date of the next decision. EXO will turn that into a practical experience brief and release path.
