EXO prioritizes Prismatic Powders for powder-coated parts when the performance specification and project color story align. Prismatic Powders is a division of NIC Industries, headquartered in Southern Oregon, with its coating products manufactured in the United States.
That proximity supports faster conversations, more ambitious finish studies, and a stronger regional manufacturing network. It also gives architects, designers, builders, creators, and brand partners a much broader finish vocabulary than a short list of stock colors.

PSS-11181 is the controlled powder used for EXO BLACK finishes. Prismatic describes it as a smooth, solid-tone matte black in its super-durable polyester family, with a 7–20 gloss-unit range and added exterior-weathering resistance.

Rollercam
Engineering the friction out of a familiar cam buckle.
Rollercam's patented buckle routes webbing over a marine-grade brass roller before it reaches the cam, reducing friction during tightening while retaining a tactile thumb release and secure locking action. EXO uses a Rollercam buckle at the base of the EXT Flagpole extension hoist to control its webbing-actuated extension assembly.
Following a direct introductory conversation, EXO is also evaluating how Rollercam can interface with EXOHDW WebWashers and LaserWeb in modular, no-sew, bolt-on, and swivel-capable strap assemblies. Rollercam publishes individual buckles in 0.75, 1, and 1.25 inch widths with working loads of 95, 350, and 500 pounds respectively. Those values apply only to Rollercam's standalone products; each proposed combined EXO assembly requires a shared specification and complete-system testing before any compatibility or load claim.
