ROLYPULLEY / CUT-TO-LENGTH WEBBING FORMAT

LASERWEB

A connected cut-to-length webbing format with one controlled end trim. Specify width and length, then choose only whether each 60-degree trimmed end receives its centered slot pair.

01 / FORMAT

Define the interface.

Start with the source-linked cut-to-length format. The exact connection, edge condition, and performance remain subject to review.

Nominal webbing width
Each width selects its matching connected source presentation. Pattern previews remain screen simulations.
End A slots
The 60 degree trim and 1/4-inch corner radii never change.
End B slots
Slot spacing stays source-controlled, centered on the webbing, and fixed from the end.
02 / FORMAT PREVIEW

1.00 IN WIDE × .0625 IN THICK / CONNECTED WEBBING PRESENTATION WIDTH + LENGTH + SLOT STATE UPDATE LIVE
Current screen brief 1.00 in / 4 ft (48 in) / End A: No slots / End B: No slots

Both ends retain the same 60 degree trim and 1/4-inch corner radii. Only the centered slot pair changes.

END A / END B / DOCUMENT THE CUT

The length continues. The interface is deliberate.

Every LASERWEB configuration uses the same 60 degree end trim with 1/4-inch radiused corners. Select only whether each end receives the source-controlled centered slot pair, then carry that state into design review.

LEFT / END A

Start the connection.

STANDARD END TRIM 60 degree cut / 1/4 in radii / no slots.

The end geometry is permanent; this state omits only the centered slot pair.

RIGHT / END B

Finish the connection.

STANDARD END TRIM 60 degree cut / 1/4 in radii / no slots.

The end geometry is permanent; this state omits only the centered slot pair.

CONFIGURATION RECORD / ROLYPULLEY CART CONTRACT

Keep the webbing decision with the line item.

The cart record carries the selected width, whole-foot cut length, End A state, End B state, and the optional two-slot pattern. Quantity prices the requested linear footage; each build line remains one continuous strap. It is a configuration record—not a connection rating or production authorization.

1.00 in / 4 ft (48 in) / no-slot End A / no-slot End B Black woven webbing / .0625 in thick / 1 continuous strap / cart quantity prices linear footage.
$1.00 / LINEAR FT One cart quantity equals one linear foot. A 6 ft strap is added as quantity 6 with its own end-detail record.

OPEN, REPLACEABLE, REVIEWABLE

A mechanical interface should not make the webbing disposable.

01

Cut to the use case.

Length and optional slot state are documented as a configuration rather than hidden inside a permanent sewn assembly.

02

Choose each end independently.

Keep either standard-trimmed end unslotted or request its centered slot pair where a reviewed interface calls for it.

03

Qualify the whole stack.

The webbing, cut edge, hardware, bearing geometry, installation method, and use case remain one system for review.
