Length changes. Interface logic stays controlled.

Choose the engagement length, then keep the EXO interface consistent. Each set pairs one black 1/4-inch multi-material screw with one black Standard 1.00-inch Flush EXOWASHER. Select a 1.75, 2.25, or 2.75 inch screw and a 1-set or 10-set pack; screw and included Flush EXOWASHER quantities always match.

Two controlled connection paths

RolyPulley + EXOWASHER: the included Flush EXOWASHER locates concentrically in the RolyPulley mounting hole. Add the matching Flat EXOWASHER on the opposite face to capture the pulley without binding its intended swivel, then use the screw to anchor the complete stack to an approved receiving material.

RolyPulley + WebWasher: use the screw as the structure-side fastener for the selected WebWasher or LaserWeb slotted-end interface. The screw passes through the controlled washer geometry; it does not replace it. Match the WebWasher footprint, slot, screw length, receiving material, pilot hole, embedment, edge distance, and torque to the connection.

Application boundary

This packaged set has no standalone load rating. Connection capacity depends on the receiving material, embedment, edge distance, complete washer and component stack, installation torque, environment, and intended use. Verify the current fastener source specification for the selected length and pre-drill where the receiving material or source instructions require it. The set is not automatically approved for structural, overhead, life-safety, fall-protection, or climbing applications.
