EXO-HDW 1/4-inch Flat Washers begin as the shared stock component for 3/4-inch, 1-inch, and 1-1/4-inch outside diameters. The existing Flat profile remains the base offering.
Flush is the embossed profile option for that same washer family and carries a separate, currently unpriced embossing surcharge. The current Flush CAD export identifies raw 304 stainless steel. Final bearing conditions, torque, substrate requirements, webbing-contact rules, ratings, and release instructions remain engineering gates.
