EXOWASHER 1/4-Inch Stainless Washer

EXOWASHER is the controlled 1/4-20 interface behind a secure, serviceable RolyPulley mount. The Flat and Flush profiles can be selected individually, but they are designed to work together around the RolyPulley mounting hole.
The RolyPulley capture stack
A Flush EXOWASHER locates in the pulley mounting hole while a Flat EXOWASHER closes the opposite face. Correctly installed, the pair captures the RolyPulley at its mounting point without binding the intended swivel.
Three compatible mounting paths
- Bolt to structure: use the paired EXOWASHER stack with the appropriate 1/4-20 through-bolt and nut.
- Screw to structure: use the same captured interface with the EXO Multi-Material Screw where the approved substrate and embedment favor a screw.
- Pair two RolyPulleys: the RolyPulley Swivel Kit extends the stack with two Flush EXOWASHERS on the outside faces and a Flat EXOWASHER separating the pulley bodies.
Choose a compact, standard, or wide bearing face, then match the profile and stainless finish to the assembly. Connection capacity and free movement depend on the complete fastener stack, substrate, engagement, torque, installation, and intended use.
