Exolox Limited Warranty

Exolox warrants that all products and materials supplied under this agreement have been manufactured and provided in accordance with the applicable project specifications, approved drawings, and contract requirements.

Warranty Coverage

Exolox guarantees the products and materials it supplies for a period of two (2) years from the date of  Substantial Completion of the project.

During the warranty period:

1. If any defect in materials or workmanship supplied by Exolox is discovered under normal use and service, Exolox will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or material.
2. All warranty repairs or replacements will be performed at no cost to the owner for covered defects, including the labor and materials required to correct the issue.
3. Warranty work will be completed within a reasonable timeframe after Exolox receives written notification of the defect from the owner or the owner's authorized representative.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper installation by parties other than Exolox.
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, vandalism, or accidents.
• Alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by unauthorized parties.
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes that do not affect product performance.
• Damage caused by acts of nature, fire, flooding, earthquakes, or other events beyond Exolox's reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products or materials supplied by Exolox. Exolox shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use or performance of its products, except where prohibited by applicable law.

This Limited Warranty represents the complete warranty provided by Exolox and supersedes any other express or implied warranties except as required by law.
