EXO PRODUCT SYSTEM / EXOSTRUT

Universal channel. Cut, connected, and controlled.

EXOSTRUT turns galvanized strut channel, brackets, hardware, and prefab assemblies into a governed product system built for reuse across EXO projects and BOMs.

MODULAR BY DESIGN

A simple component with a complete digital record.

Every governed channel piece begins with a profile and galvanized finish, then receives an exact cut length in inches. EXO OS resolves the piece SKU, calculated material quantity, approved price, estimated weight, and BOM reference from the same record.

Brackets, hardware, and prefab assemblies retain compatible identities so an EXOSTRUT part can be reused across products without being renamed or detached from its source.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

One source item, many controlled uses.

The cut-list model keeps simple material useful in both storefront commerce and engineered assemblies.

01 / PROFILE

Controlled channels

Profile, gauge, slot pattern, and galvanized finish remain explicit in the source item.

02 / LENGTH

Cut by the inch

Released lengths resolve a stable length suffix, billable material quantity, and piece weight.

03 / SKU

Stable piece identity

The SKU follows the piece into Shopify, packaging, inventory, BOMs, drawings, and project records.

04 / GALV

Galvanized standard

Finish remains part of the controlled base SKU instead of an untracked visual option.

05 / BOM

Compatible components

Brackets and hardware retain reusable source identities inside larger prefab and project assemblies.

06 / CONTROL

Reviewed commerce

Price, weight, shipping state, media, and technical content must pass release control before direct purchase.

CUT-LIST COMMERCE

Profile + finish + length = a governed piece.

EXOSTRUT is a revolutionary universal strut system that brings the modular construction staple Unistrut into new and exciting applications.

Sleek, strong, and universally useful hardware, components, plans and systems work together to create literally anything you can imagine.
