The Diamond Tread XL Stair by DiaTread is the perfect 4" thick diamond plate stair tread with additional X detailing, an open back and no riser, that does meet IBC code requirements for commercial stairs. It is also the best looking, clean and architectural stair tread that we offer, especially with the added X detailing.

All DiaTread Products are available in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum diamond plate in a variety of different shapes and dimensions. You'll find 3d models ready for augmented reality inspection and dry fit. Please refer to the spec sheet for all current product specifications, and feel free to request customizations.

All DSTXL Stair Treads are IBC compliant due to the increased thickness of the tread, they are extremely strong, durable, and easy to clean, and aesthetically well proportioned and balanced. 

Our expert artisans CNC cut each blank before giving all edges a heavy grind for a smooth feeling and safe operation with any shoe, cleat or bare-feet. When bending diamond plate, we take extra considerations to protect the diamonds from the tooling ensuring a flawless finished product.

All Diatread products are available raw finish with optional custom powdercoat. Please refer to the spec sheet for more information or contact us to request customizations.
