Licensed manufacturers: let’s review the first article.

Gameday Flags is reaching out to prospective manufacturers and requesting first-article proposals from suppliers capable of delivering authentic licensed products. Tell us which organizations, product categories, customization methods, and sales channels your permissions cover, along with your sample process, lead times, minimums, and costs. Brand-specific production begins only after the applicable authorization and proof approvals are documented.

Teams and brands: help shape your release.

If you represent the organization or its licensing interests, contact us directly to suggest an expedited licensing path, review a concept, or guide its artwork and color approvals.

We can discuss a paid physical proof for your organization’s own internal evaluation before discussing a larger retail program. Proofs are supplied directly to the brand or its authorized representative, with written permission for the sample, an agreed quotation, and a confirmed delivery schedule. These proof items are not offered to the general public.

Discuss the opportunity before the market launch.

We welcome proposals for first-refusal rights, exclusivity within an agreed market, Gameday-exclusive versions, new designs and colorways, coordinated brand launches, and numbered collector editions. Any first-refusal or exclusivity arrangement requires a separate written agreement defining the parties, products, territory, channels, duration, and approval process.

Rights holders: request a change or removal.

If you own the featured rights or are authorized to act for their owner, identify the brand and the exact proof or listing, describe your authority, and provide your contact details below. You may request immediate removal or suggest a correction or licensing path. We will prioritize the request and remove the identified listing immediately once authority is verified.

Permission for executive follow-up is optional. A removal request does not depend on agreeing to licensing discussions or marketing contact.
