Snug staggered fit · The original boards slide lengthwise so their end returns interleave and the long edges close together. The slimmer, longer Z-seam bucket retains approximately ⅛″ allowance per side, its continuous floor and patterned corner loops. XL provides corner-to-corner shoulder reach. Sewing, filled bag storage and loaded carry still require a physical sample.

Screen colors are a finish direction. Physical powdercoat samples confirm the production match.

Stow the playing bags in the folding supports. Turn the boards end-for-end, face their undersides together, then stagger them lengthwise so the end returns pass each other. The clear carrier follows the resulting slimmer, longer pair. The sewing sample and packed-bag fit are not yet production-verified.
