WC-510 / Quality
Inspection + Release
Put the check at the handoff where production needs it—and make the release to the next operation explicit.
Every project is reviewed and quoted independently.
QUALITY ROUTE
A check that moves the work forward.
Inspection becomes its own work center so the requirement, result, disposition, and next handoff do not disappear between operations.
- 01Define the gate
Identify the released requirement, critical features, sample plan, route position, and decision the check needs to support.
- 02Prepare the method
Keep the check, reference, record, sample, and responsibility attached to the work center handoff.
- 03Record the result
Complete the released first-article, in-process, or final check and retain the result with the route.
- 04Release or return
Move accepted work forward or send the discrepancy into a visible review and revision loop.
