LASER-CUT ROUTE

A clean profile with its next step already known.

The work center holds the released cut geometry, stock condition, edge requirements, and downstream handoff together.

  1. 01Review the cut

Confirm released geometry, material, thickness, quantity, edge expectation, and downstream process.

  2. 02Prepare the release

Keep approved files, stock, nesting, critical features, and finish-sensitive faces attached to the operation.

  3. 03Cut the parts

Complete the reviewed laser-cutting scope for the released lot.

  4. 04Check + hand off

Verify the required geometry and release parts to deburr, forming, joining, finish, or inspection.
