MIG ROUTE

Fit, join, check, and keep moving.

The work center makes fit-up, sequence, acceptance, cleanup, and the next operation visible.

  1. 01Review the joint

Confirm material, joint geometry, fit-up, quantity, cleanup, and acceptance requirements.

  2. 02Release fit-up + sequence

Keep part location, support, access, weld sequence, and distortion control attached to the operation.

  3. 03Complete the MIG weld

Run the released welding scope for the approved setup and lot.

  4. 04Check + hand off

Verify the required weld condition and release the assembly to cleanup, finish, inspection, or assembly.
