FORMING ROUTE

Make every bend part of the released route.

The work center keeps bend intent, tooling, sequence, formed geometry, and downstream fit visible.

  1. 01Review the bend

Confirm released flat pattern, material, thickness, bend direction, radius, sequence, quantity, and downstream fit.

  2. 02Release tooling + sequence

Keep datum, tooling, bend order, grain direction, and critical formed features attached to the operation.

  3. 03Form the parts

Complete the released press-brake scope for the approved setup and lot.

  4. 04Check + hand off

Verify the required formed geometry and release parts to joining, finish, assembly, or inspection.

WORK-CENTER RECORD

The fields production will need later.
