  1. 01Review the joint

    Confirm material, joint geometry, fit-up, quantity, finish, and acceptance requirements.

  2. 02Release fit-up + fixture

    Keep part location, support, access, weld sequence, and distortion control attached to the operation.

  3. 03Complete the TIG weld

    Run the released welding scope for the approved first article or recurring lot.

  4. 04Check + hand off

    Verify the required weld condition and release the assembly to cleanup, finish, inspection, or assembly.
