01 / STICK

Define the strut before fabrication.

Channel style

Choose the visible channel geometry first. The genuine Unistrut series and controlled dimensions remain attached to the resolved SKU.

Material + finish

Straight channel is corrosion-resistant stock: pre-galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless. Raw steel is reserved for welded EXOSTRUX fabrication.

Finished length per stick

12, 24, 36, and 48 inches are stocked Shopify variants. X prices an exact whole-inch length through EXO-OS. Quantity always means finished piece count.

Product specifications + current release notes

Start with a controlled EXOSTRUT profile and finish it as a complete architectural component. We cut the channel to the reviewed length, fit the end geometry, and seamlessly weld each closure or mounting interface before finishing.

Choose each end

  • Flush welded cap: closes the open profile with a clean, finished termination.
  • Mounting cap: adds a welded, bolt-ready end plate with the hole pattern confirmed for the installation.

Choose the angle

Specify a square termination, 30-degree miter, 45-degree miter, or a reviewed custom angle. End A and End B can be configured independently.

This route is for fabricated welded-end components. For ordinary straight cut-to-length stock sticks, use STD Universal Strut.

EXOSTRUT welded strut end detail / flush closure and bolt-ready mounting cap / controlled end A and end B fabrication
01 / PROFILE

Start with controlled strut geometry

Select the slim or square EXOSTRUT profile and reviewed cut length before welded-end fabrication begins.

02 / END A

Close it flush or add a mounting interface

Choose an open end, seamless welded flush cap, or welded mounting cap with its interface confirmed for the application.

03 / END B

Treat the second end independently

End B can repeat End A or use a different cut plane and termination when the assembly needs two different interfaces.

04 / ANGLE

Square, 30-degree, 45-degree, or custom

Specify a square termination, 30-degree miter, 45-degree miter, or a reviewed custom angle. Final geometry is released from the controlled fabrication drawing.
