Data-Center Service-Access Motion
Sliding service trays, cable carriers, sensor mounts, and removable access modules can benefit from visible motion paths and independent component lifecycles. EXO can develop tool-light service concepts that control travel, bend radius, removal access, and the relationship between an equipment tray and its utilities.
The rail, carriage, force path, routing, and control hardware remain legible as separate jobs. That makes replacement and revision easier to discuss before a demonstrator becomes a facility-specific assembly.
Early work is limited to service-access modules and demonstrators. It does not establish rack structural capacity, overhead retention, critical-infrastructure suitability, or a released data-center rating.

Capture the moving mass, center of gravity, uneven loading, utilities, and user interaction.

What can carry the path?
Identify the structure, attachment zones, access points, and surfaces that must remain untouched.
04 / CONTROL
How does it move and stay put?
Separate the actuation path from the positive stops, locks, service position, and secondary retention.
05 / ENVIRONMENT
What will it live through?
Document water, dirt, vibration, heat, pinch access, cycle expectations, inspection, and replacement needs.
