Pop-Up and Lift Motion Systems
Pop-up counters, service panels, displays, and compact modules can share a guided path, routed webbing, and serviceable control hardware. The design work is not only making the part rise. It is controlling descent, preventing an uncontrolled drop, defining hard stops, protecting pinch zones, and making the system safe to inspect and service.
We can begin with manual kinematics, add counterbalance only where it helps, and reserve powered motion for a separate controls review. Actuated, powered, and automated are distinct release states.
No capacity, guarding, or safety suitability is implied until the exact configuration, environment, evidence, and use boundary are reviewed and released.

Identify the structure, attachment zones, access points, and surfaces that must remain untouched.
04 / CONTROL
How does it move and stay put?
Separate the actuation path from the positive stops, locks, service position, and secondary retention.
05 / ENVIRONMENT
What will it live through?
Document water, dirt, vibration, heat, pinch access, cycle expectations, inspection, and replacement needs.
