SMOOTH 5052 ALUMINUM
GAMEDAY GAMES / TRANSPORTABLE CORNHOLE
Couch Cornhole Board
$125.00 USD / PAIR
A built-to-order pair of transportable cornhole boards using the owner-directed smooth 1/8-inch 5052 aluminum construction. The playing surface and body are laser-welded as one opaque aluminum assembly, with a formed 1/4-inch aluminum kickstand and removable ring-grip pivot pins.
Choose raw aluminum for customer finishing, matte black, or custom powdercoat applied over the raw-aluminum base. The revised construction is intended to stay lightweight and reduce the springiness of the retired polycarbonate concept; final mass and measured play response remain pending revised CAD publication and prototype validation.

CHOOSE BY USE CASE
Permanent park play or a board that travels.
The pair shares one Gameday presentation system, but the construction and field use are intentionally different. Compare the tradeoffs before choosing a finish.
Park Cornhole Board
Fixed-site / clear-deck platform
- Deck + play character
- 1/2-in solid clear polycarbonate over a permanent metal frame. By construction, this is the more substantial and rigid play platform.
- Transport
- Designed as a site fixture. It is not the choice for routine loading, unloading, or event-to-event transport.
- Public placement
- Intended for a prepared permanent installation. Anchoring, site conditions, security, and installation remain project-specific planning items.
- Night play
- The clear deck can transmit a separately planned under-deck lighting treatment. Lighting hardware, power, and installation are not included.
- Finish paths
- Matte-black or custom-powder metal frame, or #4 brushed stainless. The 1/2-in polycarbonate remains clear in every finish.
Gameday Flags Cornhole Board
Transportable / formed-aluminum platform
- Deck + play character
- Owner-directed smooth 1/8-in 5052 aluminum, laser-welded into an opaque metal playing surface and body. The construction was selected to reduce the springiness of the retired polycarbonate concept; measured play response remains to be validated.
- Transport
- Designed for loading, relocation, and storage, with a formed 1/4-in aluminum kickstand and removable ring-grip pivot pins. A revised CAD mass is not yet published.
- Public placement
- Built to move, not represented as safe to leave unsecured or unattended in public. Bring it in after play or provide site-specific restraint and storage.
- Night play
- The opaque aluminum deck does not transmit under-deck light. Pair it with separately supplied area, perimeter, or event lighting for night play.
- Finish paths
- Raw aluminum for customer finishing, matte black, or custom powdercoat applied over the raw-aluminum base across the visible aluminum assembly.
GFCB construction reflects current owner direction; its revised SolidWorks publication, mass, and instrumented play validation are still pending. Lighting and public-placement language describes planning compatibility, not included equipment or a security guarantee.
CORNHOLE / PAIR COLOR MATCHING
Build the transportable pair in opposite colors.
Choose raw aluminum, matte black, or a controlled custom powdercoat palette. Board A and Board B can mirror the same school-color direction used by the flag workflow, without school marks or licensed artwork.

SMOOTH 5052 ALUMINUM
Board A / Board B orientation, custom powdercoat direction, and opposite color placement over the raw-aluminum base. Final powder selection remains subject to a named powder code, physical sample, and production review; no school marks or licensed artwork are included.
