HOW THIS ROLYPULLEY WORKS
A simple roller that lets flat webbing turn like rope.
WebCotter makes it easy to take slack out of a RolyPulley strap. Swap it in place of a compatible roller and clevis pin, pass the webbing through the center, then turn it with a 5/32-inch Allen key.
The flat strap winds around the pin as it turns. A CAM can then hold the tightened webbing in place.
Choose raw stainless or black oxide. Complete-assembly strength and adjustment limits depend on the selected pulley, webbing, hardware, layout, and installation.
1 INCH / RPS / STRAIGHT
A single fixed redirect for a clean 1:1 path.
Mount RPS directly to the structure and keep the webbing path vertical, tangent to the roller, and concentric with its axle. RPS can also serve as the fixed upper pulley in the illustrated 2:1 concept.

One RPS changes direction while the pull and load remain on opposing vertical legs.

RPS carries the fixed redirect while sewn-end RPW moves with two supporting strands.
HOW THE WEBCOTTER WORKS
Take up slack with one simple turn.
Swap a compatible roller for the WebCotter, pass the webbing through its center, and turn it with an Allen key. The strap winds around the pin so you can remove slack before the CAM holds it in place.

Choose the pulley shape, match its width to the webbing, then add the buckle or connection that fits your setup.
Choose how the strap should turn.
Use Straight for one fixed turn, Dually when the strap can approach from either side, Offset when the pulley needs space from its mount, and Equip or Webbing when the pulley travels with the strap or gear.
Match the webbing width and ends.
Use 1-inch or 1.25-inch LaserWeb, then add a CAM buckle, WebWasher, or other matching connection where the strap needs to start, stop, or adjust.
Keep the pulley you already have.
Replacement rollers, clevis pins, and split rings are available individually for compatible RolyPulley bodies.
