HOW THIS ROLYPULLEY WORKS
A simple roller that lets flat webbing turn like rope.
A 1-inch pulley designed to stay with the gear being lifted or moved. The side loops attach the body to a cross-strap around the item while the main operating strap runs over the stainless roller.
This keeps a broad, flat strap against the gear instead of concentrating contact into a round rope.
Construction: all 304 stainless steel with a tumbled polished finish.

A low-profile equipment-side mounting interface.
RPE is normally used inverted relative to the other RolyPulley bodies. Confirm its equipment interface, webbing approach, fastener stack, and complete assembly before testing.

Choose the pulley shape, match its width to the webbing, then add the buckle or connection that fits your setup.
Choose how the strap should turn.
Use Straight for one fixed turn, Dually when the strap can approach from either side, Offset when the pulley needs space from its mount, and Equip or Webbing when the pulley travels with the strap or gear.
Match the webbing width and ends.
Use 1-inch or 1.25-inch LaserWeb, then add a CAM buckle, WebWasher, or other matching connection where the strap needs to start, stop, or adjust.
Keep the pulley you already have.
Replacement rollers, clevis pins, and split rings are available individually for compatible RolyPulley bodies.
