HOW THIS ROLYPULLEY WORKS
A simple roller that lets flat webbing turn like rope.
Two stainless rollers let 1-inch webbing approach or leave from either side of one compact pulley body. Mount Dually through its center hole when the strap needs more than one possible direction.
The removable pins, rollers, and rings can be serviced individually.
Construction: all 304 stainless steel with a tumbled polished finish.

RPD supports the illustrated 4:1 concept with fixed and moving Dually bodies. Keep every straight webbing segment tangent to its roller and nearly vertical so the routing remains readable.

Choose the pulley shape, match its width to the webbing, then add the buckle or connection that fits your setup.
Choose how the strap should turn.
Use Straight for one fixed turn, Dually when the strap can approach from either side, Offset when the pulley needs space from its mount, and Equip or Webbing when the pulley travels with the strap or gear.
Match the webbing width and ends.
Use 1-inch or 1.25-inch LaserWeb, then add a CAM buckle, WebWasher, or other matching connection where the strap needs to start, stop, or adjust.
Keep the pulley you already have.
Replacement rollers, clevis pins, and split rings are available individually for compatible RolyPulley bodies.
