HOW THIS ROLYPULLEY WORKS

A simple roller that lets flat webbing turn like rope.

Join two RolyPulleys back to back and let the pair turn with the strap path. The RolyPulley Swivel Kit is the matching low-profile hardware stack for placing two compatible pulley bodies together at one mounting point while allowing the joined pair to swivel freely.

What one kit includes

  • 1 × 1/4-20 × 3/8-inch flat-head internal-hex bolt
  • 2 × 3/4-inch FlushWashers
  • 1 × 3/4-inch flat washer
  • 1 × 1/4-20 FlushNut

How the stack works

The two FlushWashers seat the flat-head bolt and FlushNut into the outside faces of the back-to-back RolyPulleys. The flat washer separates the joined bodies at the swivel interface so the pair can rotate instead of binding together.

Choose a finish and pack size

Raw-stainless kits coordinate with raw RolyPulley hardware. Black-oxide kits coordinate with black hardware. The 10-kit pack includes ten complete stacks and is priced 30% below buying ten individual kits.

Application boundary

This hardware kit does not create a standalone load rating. Confirm the receiving RolyPulley geometry, bolt engagement, installation, anchors, strap path, and complete assembly requirements before use. The matching FlushNut Driver Bit is sold separately.
