EXO Custom Configuration Review

Submit a custom EXO product configuration for engineering review before fabrication or ordering. The $5 review fee covers intake, dimension validation, configuration matching, and placement into the EXO custom-fit workflow after Shopify confirms payment.

What the review includes:
• Review of the requested stair depth, width, quantity, material, finish, and project notes
• Comparison against current standard configurations
• Identification of the appropriate custom configuration path
• A retained request record associated with the customer’s Shopify account and paid order

The $5 fee is for review and processing only. Custom configurations are made-to-order and may have a higher per-stair price than standard stocked configurations. Final pricing, feasibility, lead time, code requirements, and fabrication release remain subject to EXO engineering review and written approval.

This service is non-refundable once review work begins. Purchasing the review does not purchase the stairs and does not guarantee that every requested configuration can be manufactured.
