RolyPulley Engineering Sample Pack

One organized development pack for reviewing, testing, and building around the 1-inch RolyPulley system.

Prepared for partner review with Rollercam and Strapworks—and available as a practical starting point for other product developers—the RolyPulley Engineering Sample Pack combines five pulley-body styles, control hardware, serviceable connections, 95 linear feet of LaserWeb, and two pack tools in a clear divided case.

Inside the case

• 5 each: RolyPulley Webbing, Straight, Dually, Offset, and Equip in the 1-inch family (25 pulley bodies total)
• 5 × 1-inch Stealth Black Rollercam mounted buckles
• 5 × RolyPulley Swivel Kits
• 5 × 1-inch-long 1/4-20 raw stainless flush bolts
• 5 × 1.75-inch Multi-Material Screw + Flush EXOWASHER sets
• 5 × 1/4-20 raw stainless nylon-insert locknuts
• 5 × 1-inch-OD raw stainless flat washers
• 10 × 1-inch raw stainless WebWashers
• 1 × 5/32-inch hex key
• 1 × custom waterjet-cut bottle opener / 7/16-inch wrench for the included 1/4-20 nuts
• LaserWeb cuts: five 1-foot, five 2-foot, two 10-foot, one 20-foot, and one 40-foot length (14 cuts / 95 linear feet)
• 1 × transparent divided storage case with a controlled compartment map

Development basis

The pack is designed to make side-by-side product evaluation and early assembly development easy. LaserWeb material and end-slot state are finalized with the released pack configuration.

Engineering disclosure: RolyPulley capacity and complete-system working load are not established by this sample pack. The lowest-rated tested component and connection govern every finished assembly. This is a development and review basis—not a certified lifting, life-safety, or final load-rated system.
